A.
The following actions are prohibited:
(1)
Chasing or running wrecks without a proper request from the Police Communications Center;
(2)
Soliciting at the scene of an accident or disabled vehicle; and
(3)
Providing towing or road service to a disabled vehicle without clearance from the police.
B.
The police may issue citations to enforce these regulations.
