The following actions are prohibited: Chasing or running wrecks without a proper request from the Police Communications Center; Soliciting at the scene of an accident or disabled vehicle; and Providing towing or road service to a disabled vehicle without clearance from the police. The police may issue citations to enforce these regulations.
