In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated. Terms Defined. "Authority" means the Maryland Transportation Authority. “Open session” means any meeting of the Authority required to be open to the public pursuant to the Open Meetings Law, State Government Article, Title 10, Subtitle 5, Annotated Code of Maryland.
