Regulation .01 Purpose.

Establish a Maryland Transportation Authority Public-Private Partnership Program (Program) to enhance the State’s transportation systems, assets, functions, and infrastructure; and

Describe and provide a process for the development, solicitation, evaluation, award, and delivery of public-private partnerships in the Authority’s Program.
