Regulation .02 Scope.

In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Article, §10A-101(g)(3), Annotated Code of Maryland, the Authority is a reporting agency that may establish public-private partnerships and execute public-private partnership agreements in connection with any public infrastructure assets for which it is responsible.

Within the Authority, the Executive Director shall be responsible for administering the Program.
