A vehicle may not be left unattended in parking areas or on the premises of service stations for more than 24 hours, unless authorized by the Maryland Transportation Authority. A vehicle may not be parked, or left unattended or disabled, on shoulders or exit ramps leading into or out of the service plazas. Parking regulations in COMAR 11.07.10 apply to the service plazas.
