A.
“Personnel” includes state employees, contractors, and any other individual functioning in that role.
B.
“Safety event” means:
(1)
An unexpected outcome resulting in injury or death;
(2)
Damage to or loss of the facilities, equipment, rolling stock, or infrastructure of a public transportation system; or
(3)
Damage to the environment.
