Regulation .16 Sale of New Vehicles by Used Vehicle Dealers.

Used vehicle dealers who purchase new vehicles for the purpose of resale shall first have those vehicles titled in this State, paying applicable excise tax based on the purchase price.

Before resale, those vehicles shall be inspected at an authorized inspection facility.
