The purpose of this chapter is to establish: Qualifications for employees designated under Transportation Article, §12-104.1, Annotated Code of Maryland, including prerequisites of character, training, experience, and education; and Standards for the performance of the duties assigned to employees designated under Transportation Article, §12-104.1, Annotated Code of Maryland.
