A.
Pursuant to the provisions of Transportation Article, §22-305, Annotated Code of Maryland, the Motor Vehicle Administration adopts Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 116, “Motor Vehicle Brake Fluids”, 49 CFR §571.116, as amended, which is incorporated by reference.
B.
A person, firm, or corporation may not distribute, have for sale, offer for sale, or sell any hydraulic brake fluid, for use in motor vehicles, unless the hydraulic brake fluid complies with the safety standard set forth in §A of this regulation.
