A.
The contractor shall issue a report containing information on test results of a vehicle which has failed an emissions inspection to an individual seeking to have repairs performed on the vehicle.
B.
The contractor shall:
(1)
Make the report available electronically to vehicle owners, certified emissions repair facilities, and master certified emissions technicians; and
(2)
Provide read-only, convenient, and standardized access.
C.
The contractor shall include information specified by the Administrator and the Department in the report.
