Chapter 02. Transporter Registration Plates

Applicants for transporter registration shall make application to the Administration on forms prescribed by the Administration.
Regulation .02 Requirements.LinkCopy Citation
A.
The fixed location shall meet all local zoning regulations.
B.
A current trader's license shall be issued if required by the political subdivision for the location shown on the application for transporter registration.
