In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated. Terms Defined. “Administration” means the Motor Vehicle Administration. “Special mobile equipment (SME)” means a vehicle as defined in Transportation Article, §11-159, Annotated Code of Maryland, and these regulations.
