A.
The temporary registration expires at midnight on the expiration date indicated on the temporary registration.
B.
New validation tabs and a registration card shall be issued by the Administration:
(1)
On receipt of a valid vehicle inspection certificate issued by an authorized Maryland inspection station certifying that the vehicle has passed a safety inspection; and
(2)
Upon payment of the required fees as set forth in COMAR 11.11.05.
