#### Regulation .04 Temporary Authorization Certificate.

*COMAR 11.15.12.04*

A. A temporary authorization certificate may be obtained for a fleet vehicle upon receipt of an electronic application for title.

B. A temporary authorization certificate issued under this regulation is:

  (1) Not transferable; and

  (2) Not subject to a fee.
