A.
The owner shall immediately notify the Administration, in writing, when any multiyear registration plates are lost or stolen.
B.
When multiyear registration plates become damaged, mutilated, or illegible, the owner shall:
(1)
Return the plates to the Administration;
(2)
Make application for substitute plates; and
(3)
Pay the required fee as set forth in COMAR 11.11.05.
