The owner shall immediately notify the Administration, in writing, when any multiyear registration plates are lost or stolen. When multiyear registration plates become damaged, mutilated, or illegible, the owner shall: Return the plates to the Administration; Make application for substitute plates; and Pay the required fee as set forth in COMAR 11.11.05.
