A.
Pursuant to Transportation Article, §13-618, Annotated Code of Maryland, the fees in §B of this regulation shall be distributed equally between the Motor Vehicle Administration and the Chesapeake Bay Trust.
B.
Chesapeake Bay registration plate fees is as follows:
(1)
For original Chesapeake Bay registration plates, the fee as set in COMAR 11.11.05.04(A)(3)(a); and
(2)
For the renewal of Chesapeake Bay registration plates, the fee as set in COMAR 11.11.05.04(A)(3)(b).
C.
Money collected through the sale of Chesapeake Bay Commemorative Plates and due to the Chesapeake Bay Trust shall be transferred monthly to the Trust.
