In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated. Terms Defined. “Administration” means the Motor Vehicle Administration. "Authority" means the Maryland Transportation Authority or its designated agent. “Toll violation” has the meaning stated in Transportation Article, §21-1414(a)(9), Annotated Code of Maryland.
