A notice of a proposed suspension by the Administration of a vehicle registration for failure to pay a toll violation shall: Be in writing; Be personally served on the registered owner by U.S. mail sent to the registered owner at the address of the individual on record with the Administration; State the reason for the suspension; and Advise the individual that all toll violations must be resolved with the Authority before the suspension may be lifted.
