A.
Appeals of decisions related to the self-insurance program shall be submitted in writing to the Self-Insurance Program Manager, by registered or certified mail.
B.
A hearing on a contested decision of the Self-Insurance Program Manager shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures in COMAR 11.11.02.
