Copies of inspection records and certifications for inspections not observed by the Administration shall be maintained by the:
A.
Board of Education for a school vehicle owned or under contract with the Board of Education for as long as the school vehicle is owned by or under contract with the Board of Education; or
B.
School vehicle owner for a school vehicle owned by or operated for a private or parochial school for as long as the owner owns the school vehicle.
