In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

Terms Defined.
(1)
“Administration” means the Motor Vehicle Administration.
(2)
“Class A vehicle” means a passenger car or station wagon.
(3)
“Class M vehicle” means a multipurpose passenger vehicle.
(4)
“Designated area” means an area approved by the Administration for the pickup and discharge of children.
