Regulation .05 Awarding Contracts to Independent Training Centers.

The Administration shall award and terminate contracts to use a facility as a training center according to COMAR Title 21.

The contract shall be in the format prescribed by the Administration and may not exceed a term of 24 months.

Upon termination of a contract, the operator of the independent training center shall return to the Administration all remaining equipment and unused materials provided through the contract.

Upon receipt of the application for the awarding of a contract, and when satisfied that the independent training center qualifies, the Administration may award a contract to the independent training center.
