A.
The operator of an independent training center shall obtain insurance coverage, in an amount required by the Administration, written by a Maryland licensed insurance company that includes, but is not limited to, the following insurance coverage for the students and instructors, and the training center equipment and facilities:
(1)
Workers’ compensation; and
(2)
General liability insurance covering all business offices and classroom sites for the protection of individuals using the premises and equipment during the program instruction.
B.
The required insurance coverage shall be maintained for the entire term of the contract.
C.
The operator of the independent training center shall immediately inform the Administration of any changes in this insurance coverage.
