A.
An independent training center's location and facilities shall be approved by the Administration before awarding a contract.
B.
An independent training center's facilities shall include but are not limited to:
(1)
An office area;
(2)
A classroom, if required by the curriculum;
(3)
A range area; and
(4)
A storage area for the training motorcycles, equipment, and materials.
