An instructor trainer is an individual approved by the Administration to conduct the approved instructor certification courses. An individual shall be approved by the Administration as an instructor trainer before teaching the advanced level instructor certification courses. The Administration shall establish the criteria for the approval of an instructor trainer, including, but not limited to, the requirement that all courses shall be open to the public. The Administration may, as needed, conduct the required training and professional development courses for instructor trainers. An approved instructor trainer shall permit the Administration to: Review course and course participant records during normal operating hours; and Monitor the instruction given in all instructor certification courses.
