In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

Terms Defined.
(1)
“Commissioner” means the Commissioner of the Division of Correction or a designee.
(2)
“Division” means the Division of Correction.
(3)
“Subunit” means the Division of Correction institutions, minimum security State or contractual prerelease units, and State Use Industries.
(4)
“Warden” means the warden or a designee.
