A case management manager, supervisor, or designee shall ensure that a reference request form is prepared when an inmate's records are requested from the State Records Center. A case management manager, supervisor, or designee shall notify the State Records Center of the records which are needed for review and obtain the records at the State Records Center, Waterloo, Maryland. When the records are no longer needed, the case management manager, supervisor, or designee shall return the record to the State Records Center.
