The Commissioner shall ensure that an inmate is automatically removed from work release if classified higher than the prerelease security level. An inmate may be removed from work release for any reason considered appropriate by a classification team provided that this decision is made in accordance with the procedures in Division Regulation 100-1 and approved by the warden.
