At a minimum, a case management review team shall consist of: A chairman that may be a: Case management manager; Case management specialist II; or Facility administrator or a correctional officer holding the rank of captain or lieutenant; The inmate's assigned case manager, if available; and A correctional officer holding the rank of sergeant or above. In addition to the members identified in §A of this regulation, any of the following employees are encouraged to be part of the team: Psychologist; Vocational or academic instructor, or both; State Use Industries manager or designee; or Social worker.
