Regulation .09 Waiver of Extradition.

The Commissioner of the Division of Correction shall ensure that a waiver of extradition form is completed by an inmate before authorizing leave, work release, or home detention for an inmate.

A case management supervisor shall ensure that the waiver of extradition form is filed in the inmate case record.
