Regulation .03 Organization and Staffing.

To comply with Correctional Services Article, Title 3, Subtitle 4, Annotated Code of Maryland, the Commissioner shall organize and operate a home detention unit as a component of the Division.

Staffing of the home detention unit shall consist of classifications to be determined by the Commissioner.
