An agency with a Commission-approved program shall report to the Deputy Director changes to the information submitted as part of the original application for Commission approval or the most recent application for renewal of Commission approval of the program. The agency shall report changes under §A of this regulation within 30 days after the effective date of the changes. The Deputy Director shall notify the Comptroller of changes reported under §B of this regulation.
