Attorneys may practice before the Commission subject to the limitations delineated in Regulation .18C. They may request a conference with the Commission and submit letters or other data relative to an inmate's parole consideration. Parolees or mandatory releasees may be represented by counsel at parole revocation hearings. If a parolee or mandatory releasee is indigent, the Commission will make an effort to obtain counsel to represent the parolee or mandatory releasee without cost.
