A.
The presiding officer may postpone a hearing upon a written request of any party, if the:
(1)
Presiding officer receives the request at least 3 business days before the scheduled hearing date; and
(2)
Request establishes good cause for the postponement as determined by the presiding officer.
B.
Absent a postponement request, the presiding officer may postpone the hearing for good cause.
