#### Regulation .03 Who May Inspect or Copy a Public Record.

*COMAR 12.11.02.03*

A person may inspect or copy a public record unless that inspection is:

A. An unwarranted invasion of the person in interest's privacy; or

B. Prohibited by law or regulation.
