A county with a plan for more than one public safety answering point in the county shall submit the plan to the Board for consideration subject to the following: The county administration submitting the plan and not the individual agency within the county shall receive and distribute funding; and The plan shall meet the criteria established under this chapter, unless the Board approves a variation.
