In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated. Terms Defined. “Custodian” has the meaning stated in State Government Article, §10-611(c), Annotated Code of Maryland. “Personal record” has the meaning stated in State Government Article, §10-624(a), Annotated Code of Maryland. “Person in interest” has the meaning stated in State Government Article, §10-611(e), Annotated Code of Maryland. “Public record” has the meaning stated in State Government Article, §10-611(g), Annotated Code of Maryland.
