Regulation .03 Organization and Staffing.

To comply with Correctional Services Article, §6-108, Annotated Code of Maryland, the Director shall organize and operate a home detention program as a component of the Department's Central Home Detention Unit.

The staffing of the program shall consist of classifications to be determined by the Director.
