A.
The Central Repository shall process an application for a criminal history records check according to provisions in Family Law Article, §§5-563 and 5-564, Annotated Code of Maryland.
B.
Subject to Regulation .07 of this chapter, the Central Repository shall issue separate printed statements containing the results of the:
(1)
State criminal history records check; and
(2)
National criminal history records check.
