Regulation .10 Right of a Covered Individual to Appeal the Findings in a Printed Statement.

A covered individual may appeal the findings in a printed statement containing a conviction, probation before judgment disposition, not criminally responsible disposition, or pending charge received from the FBI by complying with applicable federal regulations to challenge and seek to correct a record.

A covered individual may appeal the content of a printed statement containing a conviction, probation before judgment disposition, not criminally responsible disposition, or pending charge occurring in the State according to provisions under COMAR 12.15.01.07.
