A.
The Central Repository shall process an application for a printed statement according to provisions under Health-General Article, §§9-1904, 19-1905, and 19-1907, Annotated Code of Maryland.
B.
The Central Repository shall issue a printed statement under this chapter only to:
(1)
An adult dependent care program; or
(2)
A covered individual.
