Within 30 days of approval of the pilot, the operator may request waivers from certain regulations. Except as provided in §C of this regulation, the State Board of Education shall grant an approved pilot a waiver from any regulation that conflicts with the purpose and goals of the pilot’s plan, including the student service requirement set forth in COMAR 13A.03.02.05. A waiver may not be granted related to assessment requirements in COMAR 13A.03.02.06.
