This chapter applies to the use of student behavior interventions by: Public agencies; The Residential Boarding Education Program for At-Risk Youth (SEED School); The Regional Institutes for Children and Adolescents, as defined by COMAR 10.21.06.02; and Nonpublic schools. Regulations .05—.07 of this chapter do not apply to the Juvenile Services Education Program.
