The Center shall apply the policies and procedures set forth in COMAR 13A.11.06 Records of Services. Personal information in the possession of the Center shall be used only for purposes directly connected with the planning, implementation, and management of rehabilitation services provided by the Center and the Division. The Center may obtain personal information from service providers and cooperating agencies under assurances that the information may not be further divulged except in accordance with this regulation.
