Regulation .06 Decisions.

The State Superintendent of Schools shall make the final decision in all contested cases dealing with the revocation, suspension, or denial of a license.

The State Superintendent of Schools shall make a final decision in writing containing findings of fact and conclusions of law.

The State Superintendent of Schools shall promptly deliver or mail a copy of the decision to each party as well as the party’s attorney of record.
