The State Board of Education and the Professional Standards and Teacher Education Board (PSTEB) shall develop for consideration regulations for: The licensure of teachers and other professional personnel; and Requirements for preparation of teachers and other education personnel. Regulations that are initiated by either the State Board or the PSTEB and submitted for review to the non-initiating Board shall be acted on within 60 days by the non-initiating Board.
