A.
This chapter governs the process by which an individual or organization may be approved to offer and conduct training required by COMAR 13A.15, 13A.16, 13A.17, and 13A.18.
B.
This chapter does not apply to:
(1)
Community colleges;
(2)
Colleges;
(3)
Universities;
(4)
Approved national organizations that offer training to child care providers; or
(5)
Individuals recognized by the Office as authorities in their field.
