Each pilot applicant shall submit: An application on a Department approved form; Any variances requested under Regulation .07 of this chapter; Comprehensive policies and procedures for each of the program requirements set forth in Regulation .08 of this chapter; and Any additional documents required by the Department to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children in care.
